以下情况可以退款（积分退还）：
• 号码未激活前取消订单；
• 激活后未收到任何短信并取消订单。

以下情况不支持退款：
• 已成功收到验证码短信；
• 订单超时自动关闭（已激活的情况）；
• 充值积分的退款需通过App Store申请。

Possible reasons include:
1. The target platform has risk control restrictions on that number (policies vary by platform);
2. SMS may be delayed - please wait 1-2 minutes patiently;
3. Temporary network or carrier issues.

Suggestion: If no SMS arrives after 3 minutes, click "Cancel Order" for a full credit refund, then try a different country or purchase a new number.

Each number has a validity period of about 15 minutes for receiving SMS after purchase. The service is completed once the verification code is received. Numbers are temporary resources that are automatically released after expiration and may be assigned to other users. We do not recommend using virtual numbers to bind important long-term accounts (such as bank accounts).

Refunds (credit returns) are available in the following cases:
• Cancel the order before activating the number;
• Cancel after activation if no SMS is received within the validity period.

Refunds are NOT supported when:
• The verification code SMS has been successfully received;
• The order timed out and closed automatically (when already activated);
• Refunds for credit top-ups must be requested through the App Store.

Available countries and platforms are subject to real-time display in the app.

We request notification permission to send you real-time push alerts when you receive an SMS verification code, so even if the app is running in the background, you'll know immediately when the code arrives, avoiding number expiration from missed messages. You can disable notification permission in iOS Settings at any time without affecting core SMS receiving functionality.

Using virtual numbers to receive verification codes can effectively protect your real phone number from being exposed to third-party platforms, reducing the risk of spam SMS and harassing calls. However, please note:
1. Do not use this service for any illegal activities;
