一、服务说明

Simu（以下简称"本服务"）是一款为用户提供全球虚拟手机号码租赁、短信验证码接收的工具类应用。本服务由 NiceApps 团队运营。本服务提供的虚拟号码仅用于合法的账号注册、身份验证等正常用途，帮助用户保护个人真实手机号隐私。

二、账号注册与使用

  1. 您在注册账号时须提供真实、有效的电子邮箱地址；
  2. 您应妥善保管账号和密码，对账户下的所有活动承担责任；
  3. 每个用户仅限注册和使用一个账号，禁止多账号、批量注册等行为；
  4. 若发现账号被盗用或存在安全风险，应立即通知我们。

三、用户行为规范

您承诺不会利用本服务从事以下行为：

🚫 严禁用于任何违法犯罪活动，包括但不限于诈骗、洗钱、赌博、传播违法信息等；

  • 注册或使用任何违反法律法规、平台规则的网络服务；
  • 用于发送垃圾短信、骚扰信息或进行电信诈骗；
  • 破解、反编译、攻击本服务系统，或以任何方式干扰服务正常运行；
  • 转售、出租、出借虚拟号码或账号给第三方使用；
  • 利用号码资源进行薅羊毛、刷单、水军等不正当牟利行为；
  • 以任何方式滥用、过度占用号码资源，影响其他用户正常使用；
  • 其他违反中华人民共和国法律法规或公序良俗的行为。

特别声明：虚拟号码为临时性租赁资源，号码在订单过期后会释放并可能被其他用户租用，您不应将其用于绑定长期使用的重要账号（如银行账号、主力邮箱等），否则可能导致账号无法找回，相关风险由您自行承担。

四、积分与充值

  1. 本服务使用"积分"作为虚拟货币，用于购买虚拟号码服务；
  2. 积分通过苹果App Store内购（IAP）充值购买，充值比例以App内展示为准；
  3. 新用户注册可获赠体验积分，赠送积分仅限本服务使用，不可提现、不可退款；
  4. 积分购买成功后不支持退换，请根据需求合理充值；
  5. 如因系统故障导致积分异常，我们将核实后为您补正；
  6. 账号注销时，未使用的充值积分将不予退还。

五、号码服务规则

5.1 购买与激活

  • 您可自行选择服务类型（如Telegram）和国家，消耗积分购买号码；
  • 号码购买后有激活等待期，请在有效时间内点击"激活"获取号码；
  • 号码价格根据国家、服务商和市场供需动态调整，以下单时显示价格为准。

5.2 短信接收

  • 号码激活后在有效期内等待短信到达，系统将实时推送；
  • 每条号码默认可接收1条对应服务的验证码短信，收到验证码即视为服务完成；
  • 如长时间未收到短信，您可主动取消订单，积分将自动退还至账户；
  • 订单超时未操作将自动关闭，已激活号码将按实际使用情况结算。

5.3 免责说明

⚠️ 虚拟号码资源由第三方供应商提供，服务可用性受供应商、运营商、目标平台风控等多种因素影响。我们不保证特定号码一定能成功接收到特定平台的验证码。若号码无法使用，请及时取消订单获得积分退款。

六、退款政策

  1. 未激活号码：激活前可随时取消，积分全额退还；
  2. 未收到短信：激活后在有效期内未收到任何短信，取消订单积分全额退还；
  3. 已收到短信：服务已完成，不支持退款；
  4. Apple退款：充值订单的退款须通过App Store申请，我们将配合苹果审核处理。

七、服务中断与终止

在以下情况下，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务：

  • 您违反本服务条款的规定；
  • 您利用服务从事违法违规活动；
  • 您的账号存在安全风险或异常活动；
  • 根据法律法规或政府主管部门的要求。

因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、运营商故障、政策变化、网络攻击等）导致服务中断的，我们不承担违约责任，但将尽力恢复服务。

八、知识产权

本服务的软件、界面设计、商标、文字内容等知识产权均归 NiceApps 所有。未经授权，您不得以任何形式复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。

九、免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内：

  1. 本服务按"现状"提供，我们不对服务的可用性、及时性、准确性作出明示或暗示的保证；
  2. 因您使用本服务而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或惩罚性损害，我们不承担责任；
  3. 您使用虚拟号码注册第三方平台产生的账号封禁、财产损失等后果，由您自行承担；
  4. 第三方平台的政策变化导致号码无法使用的，我们不承担责任。

十、条款修改

我们有权根据业务发展和法律法规变化更新本条款。更新后的条款将在本页面公布，继续使用服务即视为您接受修改后的条款。如您不同意修改后的条款，应停止使用本服务。

十一、法律适用与争议解决

  1. 本条款的订立、执行和解释适用中华人民共和国法律；
  2. 因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

⚠️ Please read these Terms of Service carefully. Using Simu means you fully understand and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Simu ("the Service") is a utility app providing global virtual phone number rental and SMS verification code reception, operated by the NiceApps team. Virtual numbers are provided for legitimate account registration and identity verification purposes only, helping users protect their real phone number privacy.

2. Account Registration & Use

  1. You must provide a valid email address when registering;
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account;
  3. Each user may register and use only one account; multiple accounts and bulk registration are prohibited;
  4. Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use or security issues with your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

🚫 Any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, gambling, or distributing illegal content;

  • Registering services that violate laws or platform rules;
  • Sending spam, harassment messages, or committing telecom fraud;
  • Reverse engineering, attacking, or disrupting the Service;
  • Reselling, renting, or lending virtual numbers or accounts to third parties;
  • Exploiting numbers for fraudulent profit (e.g. fake referrals, fake reviews);
  • Abusing or monopolizing number resources to the detriment of other users;
  • Any other activities violating applicable laws or public order.

Important: Virtual numbers are temporary rental resources released after order expiration and may be assigned to other users. Do NOT use them to bind important long-term accounts (banking, primary email, etc.), as you may lose access to those accounts; this risk is borne solely by you.

4. Credits & Payments

  1. The Service uses "credits" as virtual currency for purchasing virtual numbers;
  2. Credits are purchased via Apple App Store In-App Purchase; pricing is as displayed in the app;
  3. New users receive complimentary trial credits, which are non-withdrawable and non-refundable;
  4. Credit purchases are final; please top up according to your actual needs;
  5. In case of system errors causing credit anomalies, we will verify and correct them;
  6. Upon account deletion, unused purchased credits will not be refunded.

5. Number Service Rules

5.1 Purchase & Activation

  • Select your desired service (e.g. Telegram) and country, then purchase a number using credits;
  • After purchase, activate within the activation window to receive the number;
  • Prices are dynamic based on country, supplier, and market demand; the displayed price at purchase is final.

5.2 SMS Reception

  • After activation, wait for SMS within the validity period; the system pushes messages in real-time;
  • Each number receives one verification code SMS for the selected service by default; reception completes the service;
  • If no SMS arrives after a period, you may cancel the order for a full credit refund;
  • Orders that time out without action will be closed automatically; activated numbers are settled accordingly.

5.3 Disclaimers

⚠️ Virtual numbers are provided by third-party suppliers. Availability is affected by suppliers, carriers, and target-platform risk controls. We do not guarantee any specific number will successfully receive a code from any specific platform. If a number fails, cancel the order for a refund.

6. Refund Policy

  1. Non-activated numbers: Cancel anytime before activation for a full credit refund;
  2. No SMS received: Cancel within the validity period for a full refund;
  3. SMS received: Service is complete; no refund;
  4. Apple refunds: Refunds for credit purchases must go through the App Store; we will cooperate with Apple's review.

7. Service Interruption & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service;
  • You use the Service for illegal activities;
  • Your account poses security risks or shows abnormal activity;
  • Required by law or government authority.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, carrier failures, policy changes, cyberattacks, etc.), but will endeavor to restore service.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service (software, UI design, trademarks, text content) is owned by NiceApps. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, timeliness, or accuracy;
  2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service;
  3. Account bans, financial loss, or other consequences from using virtual numbers on third-party platforms are your sole responsibility;
  4. We are not liable for service failures caused by third-party policy changes.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms as our business evolves or as required by law. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China;
  2. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, either party may submit to the competent people's court at our location.
